There are 3 ways to get your photos to us

For the best results, posting your photo or popping in to see us are the best options. We are a Melbourne based business, so if you live in the area of Melbourne, ring to make an appointment, or we can come to you, depending on location. It is always better for us to work off the original photo, as we use high bit, high quality scanners, and sometimes need to scan several times to get the best results. Remember your original photo will not be touched, we work on the scanned photo. If your photo is too valuable, and you do not trust the post, just email it to us.

By Post

Place your photo in bubble wrap or a plastic sleeve and place cardboard on to both sides of the photo. Make sure you mark the envelope PHOTO DO NOT BEND. You can purchase a photo mailer from Australia Post, or from Officeworks, which approximately costs $1 to $2 depending on the size of your photo. Consider having the photo insured with Australia Post.
If you just want a quote, email us a copy of your photo and we will get back to you with in 3 days (follow email instructions)Or send a self addressed envelope with your photo.

First you must scan your photo.
Please scan your photo/image at these settings.

Format - Tiff (preferred), or jpeg

Resolution - 300 dpi

Size - Scan at your required/finished size.

   2.    Send your file
       Email photo as attachment or burn to disk and send to us.

   3.    Quote
          We will send you a quote by email within 3 days



           Description of job requirements

           Make sure you include a description of the work required.

           Include the following points.

Gloss or matt finish (if mounting in frame, matt is best)

Required size of finished job

Required colouring, B&W, sepia, aged look, etc.

General restoration/alterations requirements.
